About The Position

The Associate Trainer is a high-performing ResultsCX Associate being developed to become a ResultsCX Trainer as part of a succession plan. The role involves completing program requirements to prepare to co-facilitate or facilitate New Hire Orientation, foundations training, and product training classes, as approved by Training Leadership.

The Associate Trainer develops core training skills through client certification, learns to facilitate classroom and refresher training, prepares training reports and other program requirements, and evaluates associate progress throughout training. The position also includes a minimum of four hours of phone time each month to maintain call-handling proficiency and requires compliance with internal and client policies inside and outside the training room.

Requirements

• Minimum tenure of six months.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• No corrective actions in the past 180 days and no current or ongoing performance management plans (PIPs or IDPs).
• Excellent oral and written verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform effectively as a team member.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Complete the ResultsCX Associate-AT Go Green and Go Blue client certification program to develop core training skills.
• Learn to facilitate classroom and refresher training for product knowledge, call handling, and program processes.
• Extract or generate training reports, including class attendance and performance records, and prepare other training requirements as determined by the program or account operations.
• Evaluate ResultsCX Associates' progress for the entire duration of training.
• Complete a minimum of four hours of phone time each month to remain proficient in call handling.
• Uphold compliance with internal and client policies inside and outside the training room.
• Prepare to co-facilitate or facilitate New Hire Orientation, foundations, and product training classes as approved by Training Leadership.
