About The Position

BizzNEST offers a paid, one-year Career Accelerator Program for young adults ages 18 to 24. Available opportunities may include General Associate and Senior Associate roles. These positions focus on building technical and professional skills while contributing to client and internal projects. Associates receive training, mentorship, feedback, and opportunities to develop their resumes and portfolios. Specific schedules, workdays, department openings, and locations will depend on organizational and client needs. All positions require in-person participation at a Digital NEST center. BizzNEST Associate opportunities may be available across several career paths, including Digital Marketing, Video Marketing, Visual UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Software Development, and occasionally within internal teams such as Pathway Instructor, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Learning and Research, and Administrative Support. Applicants will be able to indicate their preferred career path, Digital NEST center, and interest in General or Senior Associate opportunities when joining the talent pool.

Requirements

Must be between 18 and 24 years old at the time required for the position.
Must be able to meet the weekly hour requirements for the selected Associate level.
Must be able to participate in-person at the Digital NEST center connected to the available position.
Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

Build technical and professional skills while contributing to client and internal projects.
Receive training, mentorship, feedback, and opportunities to develop resumes and portfolios.
Take on additional leadership and project responsibilities (Senior Associate).
Mentor General Associates, coordinate project tasks, review work, support client communication, and help guide projects toward completion (Senior Associate, depending on department).
