At Kiddie Academy of O'Fallon, we believe early childhood education is about more than milestones - it’s about nurturing hearts, building confidence, and creating joyful first learning experiences. While we may not have an immediate opening at this time, we are always interested in connecting with caring, dependable, and passionate early childhood educators who would like to join our team when future opportunities become available. If you’re warm, nurturing, and passionate about helping young children learn and thrive, we’d love to hear from you and keep you in mind for upcoming teaching opportunities. We are proud to provide children ages 6 weeks to 5 years with a joyful, nurturing start to lifelong learning. There may not be an opening today, but we’d love to meet great educators for tomorrow. Requirements
- 1+ year in early childhood education
- High school diploma required
- Lift/carry 40 lbs regularly
- Effectively engage with children, families, and the team
- Respond with care and understanding
- Plan fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Manage lessons, materials, and classroom routines
- Flexible to changing needs and situations
- Committed to children’s growth and love of learning
Nice To Haves
- CDA or Associate’s degree in education preferred
