About The Position

The Stock Associate partners with the store team to support shipping and receiving, stockroom organization, inventory control, and related housekeeping. The role helps execute replenishment to support customer service and product placement, maintain merchandise flow from the stockroom to the sales floor, and uphold store presentation standards. The associate also supports safety and loss prevention, pricing accuracy, and product availability, and coaches teammates on stock and replenishment practices in partnership with management.

This part-time role may include scheduled shifts of 3–8 hours. A minimum number of hours is not guaranteed, and availability may need to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays according to business needs. Duties may be changed or reassigned at management’s discretion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–3 years of stock or logistics experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand for long periods and climb up and down a ladder.
• Availability to meet business needs, potentially including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled; availability changes require Store Manager approval.

Nice To Haves

• Retail or specialty apparel knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong customer focus on the sales floor and support consistent customer service.
• Follow company safety regulations and policies.
• Help maintain a neat, clean, and organized store.
• Organize the stockroom and merchandise flow to create an exceptional shopping experience.
• Use company processes and procedures to maintain merchandising and presentation standards.
• Organize stockroom areas to ensure proper, accurate, and timely merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Partner with the store team on loss prevention and safety awareness in the store and stockroom.
• Ensure accurate item pricing through markdown audits.
• Ensure product availability on the sales floor through in-stock audits.
• Coach team members, in partnership with management, on shipment, sales floor replenishment, presentation standards, and markdown strategy.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with the team and foster a positive work environment.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
