About The Position

The Stock Associate supports shipping and receiving, stockroom organization, inventory control, and related housekeeping in partnership with the store team. The role helps execute replenishment to support customer service and product placement, and contributes to an organized stockroom and effective merchandise flow to the sales floor. The associate maintains a customer focus, follows safety policies, and helps keep the store neat, clean, and organized. The position supports merchandising and presentation standards, accurate pricing and product availability, loss prevention, and safety awareness. It also involves communicating with and coaching team members on shipment, replenishment, presentation standards, and markdown strategy. Management may assign additional responsibilities.

Requirements

Minimum of 1–3 years of stock or logistics experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand for long periods, climb up and down a ladder, and perform frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
Availability for scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
Scheduled shifts are 3–8 hours; minimum hours are not guaranteed.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Retail or specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a strong customer focus on the sales floor.
Follow company safety regulations and policies.
Partner with the store team to maintain a neat, clean, and organized store and deliver consistent customer service.
Organize the stockroom and merchandise flow to support an exceptional shopping experience and replenish the sales floor.
Use company processes and procedures to maintain merchandising and presentation standards.
Organize stockroom areas to ensure proper, accurate, and timely merchandise flow to the sales floor.
Partner with the store team on loss prevention and safety awareness in the store and stockroom.
Ensure accurate item pricing through markdown audits.
Ensure product availability on the sales floor through in-stock audits.
Coach team members, in partnership with management, on shipment, sales floor replenishment, presentation standards, and markdown strategy.
Communicate professionally and effectively with the team and foster a positive work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
