About The Position

The Stock Associate partners with the store team to support shipping and receiving, stockroom organization, inventory control, and related housekeeping. The role helps execute replenishment so merchandise flows effectively to the sales floor and customers receive strong service. The associate supports a neat, clean, organized store; maintains merchandising and presentation standards; helps ensure accurate pricing and product availability; and contributes to safety and loss-prevention awareness. The position is part time, with scheduled shifts of 3–8 hours. A minimum number of hours is not guaranteed.

Requirements

Minimum of 1–3 years of stock or logistics experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand for long periods, climb up and down a ladder, and perform frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
Availability to meet business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Availability changes must be approved by the Store Manager based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Retail or specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a strong and genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
Follow company safety regulations and policies.
Partner with the store team to keep the store neat, clean, and organized.
Support consistent customer service and an all-day-ready store presentation.
Organize the stockroom and merchandise flow to create an exceptional shopping experience.
Use company processes and procedures to maintain merchandising and presentation standards.
Organize stockroom areas to ensure merchandise flows to the sales floor accurately and on time.
Partner with the store team on loss prevention and safety awareness in the store and stockroom.
Ensure accurate pricing through markdown audits.
Ensure product availability on the sales floor through in-stock audits.
Coach the team, in partnership with management, on shipment, replenishment, presentation standards, and markdown strategy.
Communicate professionally and effectively with the team and foster a positive work environment.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
