Associate, Stock (Part Time)

About The Position

In partnership with the store team, the Stock Associate supports shipping and receiving, stockroom organization, inventory control, and related housekeeping activities. The role partners with the store team to execute replenishment and ensure outstanding customer service and effective product placement. The position may include additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum of 1–3 years of stock or logistics experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand for long periods, climb up and down a ladder, and perform frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
Availability to meet business needs, which may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Retail or specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a strong and genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
Follow company-directed safety regulations and policies.
Partner with the store team to maintain a neat, clean, and organized store.
Support consistent customer service and an all-day-ready store presentation.
Organize the stockroom and merchandise flow to create an exceptional shopping experience.
Use company processes and procedures to maintain merchandising and presentation standards.
Organize stockroom areas to ensure merchandise flows to the sales floor properly, accurately, and on time.
Partner with the store team on loss prevention and safety awareness in the store and stockroom.
Ensure accurate item pricing through markdown audits.
Ensure product availability on the sales floor through in-stock audits.
Coach the team, in partnership with management, on shipment, sales floor replenishment, presentation standards, and markdown strategy.
Communicate professionally and effectively with the team and foster a positive work environment for internal and external customers.
