About The Position

The Stock Associate partners with the store team to support shipping and receiving, stockroom organization, inventory control, and related housekeeping activities. The associate helps execute replenishment to provide outstanding customer service and maintain effective product placement. The role supports the customer experience by maintaining a neat, clean, and organized store, helping merchandise flow from the stockroom to the sales floor, and following company merchandising, presentation, safety, and loss-prevention practices. The associate also helps maintain accurate pricing and product availability through markdown and in-stock audits, and shares best practices with the team in partnership with management. This part-time role requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Shifts are 3–8 hours long, and a minimum number of hours is not guaranteed. The position involves regularly lifting up to 40 pounds, standing and walking for long periods, climbing a ladder, and frequent bending, stooping, and reaching. Duties may be changed or reassigned at management’s discretion.

Requirements

Minimum of 1–3 years of stock or logistics experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to stand for long periods, climb up and down a ladder, and perform frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled; availability changes require Store Manager approval based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Retail or specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow company safety regulations and policies.
Help maintain a neat, clean, and organized store and support consistent customer service and store presentation.
Organize the stockroom and merchandise flow to help create an exceptional shopping experience.
Use company processes and procedures to maintain merchandising and presentation standards.
Organize stockroom areas to support proper, accurate, and timely merchandise flow to the sales floor.
Partner with the store team on loss prevention and safety awareness in the store and stockroom.
Ensure accurate item pricing through markdown audits.
Support product availability on the sales floor through in-stock audits.
Coach team members, in partnership with management, on shipment, sales floor replenishment, presentation standards, and markdown strategy.
Communicate professionally and effectively with the team and foster a positive work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
