About The Position

The Stock Associate partners with the store team to support shipping and receiving, stockroom organization, inventory control, housekeeping, and merchandise replenishment. The role helps maintain an organized stockroom and ensure merchandise moves accurately and promptly to the sales floor, supporting customer service and product presentation. The associate also contributes to store safety, loss prevention, pricing accuracy, product availability, and a positive work environment. Management may change or reassign duties, and additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of 1–3 years of stock or logistics experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and a supervisor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand for long periods and climb up and down a ladder.
Constant walking and standing, with frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Retail or specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a strong customer focus on the sales floor.
Follow company safety regulations and policies.
Partner with the store team to keep the store neat, clean, and organized.
Support consistent customer service and an all-day store presentation.
Organize the stockroom and merchandise flow to help create an exceptional shopping experience.
Use company processes and procedures to maintain merchandising and presentation standards.
Organize stockroom areas to ensure merchandise flows accurately and promptly to the sales floor.
Partner with the store team on loss prevention and safety awareness in the store and stockroom.
Conduct markdown audits to help ensure accurate pricing.
Conduct in-stock audits to support product availability on the sales floor.
Coach team members, in partnership with management, on shipment, replenishment, presentation standards, and markdown strategy.
Communicate professionally and effectively with the team and foster a positive work environment.
