About The Position

RXO is seeking an Associate Specialist, Logistics, to deliver service to customers and drivers before, during, and after calls. The role monitors and tracks pickups and deliveries, communicates schedule deviations, responds to driver and customer inquiries, obtains updates from drivers and carriers, and records accurate information in the dispatch system. The position also communicates issues and monitors and updates active-run problems. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 15:30–00:00.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to multitask and manage customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime that may include weekends.
• Experience handling high phone volume in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong driver and customer interaction experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track pickups and deliveries and notify customers of deviations from the run schedule.
• Answer incoming calls and emails from drivers and customers and address their needs.
• Contact drivers and carriers for updates and enter accurate information into the dispatch system.
• Communicate issues to customers and drivers.
• Monitor and update all active-run problems.
