Associate Sales Representative - Cincinnati, OH - Craniomaxillofacial (CMF)
About The Position
The Associate Sales Representative supports healthcare professionals and Stryker’s Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) products in a field-based role. Working with experienced Sales Representatives, the position supports customer accounts, clinical procedures, sales activities, and territory growth while building experience in sales, clinical environments, and account management. The CMF portfolio supports trauma, reconstruction, and craniofacial procedures. The role includes shared responsibility for customer support outside standard business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; coverage requirements vary by territory. The assigned territory requires travel, including to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings. Travel is approximately 20%.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, including to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or another customer-facing role.
- Experience managing responsibilities through work, athletics, academic programs, military service, or leadership activities.
- Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, business-to-business sales, or other performance-driven environments.
- Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across the assigned territory.
- Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions in operating-room, office-based, and procedural-care settings.
- Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff.
- Manage territory inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation.
- Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
- Partner with Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
- Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to customer education and engagement.
