About The Position
Atwell, LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead commercial and residential land development projects in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. The role oversees site civil projects from start to finish, using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for project design and analysis. The Associate Project Manager builds client relationships, pursues business opportunities, manages project financials including billing and invoicing, mentors junior staff, and maintains quality-control standards. The position also offers mentorship to develop business development, proposal-writing, and invoicing skills.
Requirements
- Professional Engineer license in Pennsylvania.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
- Proven experience managing commercial and residential land development projects.
- Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated business development skills and a proactive approach to opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead site civil projects from start to finish, aligning project phases with company standards and client expectations.
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for project design and analysis.
- Build and maintain client relationships and deliver results that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing.
