About The Position

Atwell is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and residential land development projects in Newark, Delaware. The role manages site civil projects from start to finish, using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for project design and analysis while meeting client expectations and quality standards. The position also involves client relationship management, identifying business opportunities, overseeing project billing and invoicing, and mentoring junior staff. The employee will work with a mentor to further develop business development, proposal writing, and invoicing skills.

Requirements

Professional Engineer license in Delaware.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
Proven experience managing commercial and residential land development projects.
Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated business development skills and a proactive approach to opportunities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.

Responsibilities

Lead site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring project phases meet company standards and client expectations.
Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for project design and analysis.
Build and maintain client relationships and deliver results that exceed client expectations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing.
Guide and support junior staff.
Implement quality control measures.
Work with a mentor to develop business development, proposal writing, and invoicing skills.
