About The Position

Atwell, LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and residential land development projects in Newark, Delaware. The role manages site civil projects from start to finish, including project design and analysis using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision, client relationship management, business development, project financials, billing and invoicing, and quality control. The Associate Project Manager also mentors junior staff and works with a mentor to develop business development, proposal writing, and invoicing skills.

Requirements

Professional Engineer license in Delaware.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision.
Proven experience managing commercial and residential land development projects.
Strong client management and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated business development skills and a proactive approach to opportunities.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.

Responsibilities

Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring project phases meet company standards and client expectations.
Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for project design and analysis.
Build and maintain client relationships and deliver results that meet or exceed client expectations.
Identify and pursue business opportunities to contribute to firm growth.
Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing.
Guide and support junior staff and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.
Implement quality control measures.
Work with a mentor to develop business development, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise.
