Lead is a banking infrastructure platform trusted by the most innovative companies to power complex financial products. We enable fintechs to offer compliant, programmable services like payments, lending, and digital assets at scale. Banking has moved beyond traditional institutions and is now embedded directly into everyday experiences, meaning companies need modern infrastructure that is safe, secure, and operationally sound. Today, Lead is one of the only API-first, developer-focused partner banks with the financial, regulatory, and legal expertise required to help fintechs succeed. We operate offices in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, and New York City, and an FDIC-insured bank in Kansas City. The Program Management team supervises all partner relationships, acting as the first point of contact and the ongoing liaisons between Lead and every company we work with. From onboarding partners and ensuring adherence to oversight requirements, to making sure partner business objectives align with Lead’s own roadmap, program managers oversee every aspect of the partner lifecycle. They work closely with internal teams across the organization, pursuing innovative answers to help our partners grow their businesses. This team is a strong fit for collaborative, tenacious, expert project managers who can navigate ambiguity while maintaining Lead’s best-in-class industry reputation. As an Associate Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring oversight of and an outstanding client experience for our internal stakeholders as well as our fintech Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and Payments strategic partners. In this role, you will report to a Senior Program Manager and be responsible for serving as a liaison between other internal or external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the partner lifecycle. The key responsibilities of this position include managing multiple tasks, ushering deliverables through to completion, maintaining awareness of the status of program and project milestones and reporting out on status completion.
