Learn more at www.getpliant.com ABOUT THE ROLE As Associate Product Manager – Cards, you will help shape the features and systems that power Pliant’s end-to-end card domain — from customer-facing card capabilities to the underlying infrastructure that ensures cards can be issued, managed, and used reliably at scale. Your scope will span both product experience and platform capabilities across areas such as: Card issuance and management experiences Card products and configuration models Card lifecycle operations such as issuing, lock/unlock, expiration, and termination Transaction processing and authorization Spend controls and fraud prevention Card security and wallet/payment capabilities such as tokenization, PIN management, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Click to Pay This role is ideal for someone with first product experience who wants to grow in a highly relevant fintech domain that combines customer experience, backend systems, and operational excellence. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, Fraud, Compliance, and other product teams to help deliver reliable, scalable, and intuitive card capabilities. Success in this team means treating reliability and performance as first-class outcomes, maintaining clear and scalable domain logic, and building dependable card capabilities that other product teams can build on. This role sits within the Payments group of Pliant’s tech organization and reports to the Principal Product Manager responsible for the Cards domain.
