ELATEC, a technology leader in RFID solutions and part of Allegion (a global market player with over 13,000 employees), is seeking a Business Development Manager. This role focuses on driving new business within the Access Control ecosystem across the UK and Nordics. The position involves a significant emphasis on new customer acquisition (approximately 75% hunting) and further development of selected existing accounts through cross- and upselling (approximately 25% farming). The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle, including stakeholder management, negotiations, and contract closure, while owning their sales pipeline in Salesforce and steering activities towards defined revenue targets. Responsibilities also include identifying and prioritizing key players to expand ELATEC’s footprint in the Access Control landscape, collaborating closely with Technical Sales, Product Management, and Marketing, and continuously monitoring market developments, competitors, and new application areas.
