As a SDR, your primary responsibility is to serve as the first point of contact for potential customers. You will be vital in supporting our sales teams using focused strategies to drive top-of-the-funnel activities to bring new business opportunities. This role requires a high level of motivation, a knack for thriving in a fast-paced environment, and a solution-oriented mindset. Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience as SDR in a SaaS company.
  • You are comfortable in using AI tools to optimize your daily work.
  • You are highly communicative and love to talk to people. You have an agile mind and can easily adapt to new challenges.
  • You're a proactive, self-motivated and resilient individual, who is eager to learn and wants to grow in tech sales.
  • You’re a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Interest or educational background in weather-related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the early sales cycle within defined industry and regional territory:
  • Lead generation & prospecting.
  • Qualify leads by cold calling as well as nurture an qualify inbound leads.
  • Lead qualification: determine if a prospect’s needs and budget align with Meteomatics’s products, ensuring they are good fit for the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule discovery calls between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
  • Create a prospecting strategy to generate new business opportunities in collaboration with Sales counterparts:
  • Use various platforms like Hubspot, Gong, LinkedIn, and Zoominfo to enhance data intelligence and engage with high value prospects.
  • Accurately record and update data in our CRM system.
  • Build trusting relationships with potential customers:
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and events Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Bring energy and innovation, adding to the culture of our growing SDR team.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge and competencies.
