About The Position

Prevost, a company designing and manufacturing innovative air systems and equipment since 1978, is seeking a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to drive business development in their territory and expand market presence as part of their strategic expansion in the United States. This role is key to leading business development, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in business or technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales
  • Strong business development and new customer acquisition mindset
  • Ability to independently develop a territory
  • Good technical understanding
  • Willingness to travel (50–70%)
  • Autonomous and well-organized
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM and digital tools

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and market share
  • Identify and acquire new customers and market segments
  • Develop and structure your sales territory
  • Build and expand a network of distributors
  • Execute joint sales initiatives
  • Train and support partners
  • Identify and manage industrial projects
  • Build relationships with engineers and specifiers
  • Coordinate all project stakeholders
  • Ensure regular reporting
  • Work closely with internal teams
