As a Solutions Engineer (m/f/d), you’ll be a key technical consultant and enabler for our customers and partners, helping them successfully adopt and scale Pliant’s platform. You will work with an ambitious team of Solutions Engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver smooth onboarding, strong integrations, and high-quality technical guidance. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role: you’ll lead integrations, answer technical questions in pre-sales and post-sales contexts, enable customers to use our public APIs (Pro API and CaaS), and ensure feedback from the field is translated into actionable product and documentation improvements.
