About The Position
We invite an experienced Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) to ASF team. You will work in a cross-functional team that develops reliable and scalable solutions using Aras Innovator infrastructure to meet the business requirements and needs of our customers. Requirements
- Development Knowledge: .Net, C#, JS, TS, SQL
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Performance optimization and analytics skills
- Software development process knowledge (Estimation, Development Flow)
- AI-Assisted Development
- LLM Fundamentals (Understanding model types, capabilities, limitations, and selecting the right
- Collaboration & teamwork

- Excellent planning and organizational skills

- Must be eligible to work in Poland
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Product Owner to create and refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Participating in 3-month rough planning and defining iteration (sprint) goals
- Engaging in research and prototyping
- Working closely with product architects to refine technical solutions
- Applying best design and coding practices to create high-quality components
- Developing solutions and ensuring iteration goals are met
- Writing automated tests to ensure code quality
- Participating in code reviews to maintain high standards
- Continuously improving team processes
- Promoting knowledge sharing across the team and beyond
