The Associate, People & Culture administers the Foundation’s payroll process on a semi-monthly basis. This individual is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of processing payroll. This position may perform additional ad-hoc admin duties as needed for the People & Culture (P&C) team as a whole. This position reports at the direction of the HR Partner, Employee Engagement & Payroll, People & Culture. This position is based in Washington, DC (hybrid schedule).
