About The Position

We are looking for a People & Culture Assistant who loves supporting people, coordinating culture initiatives, improving internal systems, and keeping the behind-the-scenes details running smoothly so everyone feels supported, celebrated, and set up for success. This role requires someone who can communicate with warmth and professionalism, keep operational details from slipping through the cracks, and bring real care to the everyday employee experience. The ideal candidate treats onboarding like a first impression that matters, gets excited about streamlined SOPs, organized systems, thoughtful employee communications, and culture programs that make people feel genuinely appreciated. This role is for someone who finds satisfaction in updating internal processes, managing employee communications, supporting the employee lifecycle, tracking leave, organizing engagement activities, and handling confidential information properly. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate culture initiatives
  • Prep a new hire’s first week (onboarding admin, training coordination, values introductions, IT setup, company and product education, internal SOPs)
  • Update internal processes
  • Answer culture inbox questions
  • Support employee lifecycle
  • Track leave
  • Organize engagement activities
  • Keep confidential information handled properly
  • Manage employee communications
  • Support OH&S
  • Support office management needs
