About The Position

The Associate Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for supporting profitability by fostering customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. The role owns a designated division of responsibility—Visual Merchandising in this posting—and also supports other areas of the business to maintain operational excellence. The Associate Manager collaborates with the Store Director and management team, provides feedback and coaching, and helps ensure the team delivers strong results and best-in-class customer service.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-time retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy when executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bend, reach, and stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Director as a shared business owner and help maximize profitability.
• Own the designated division of responsibility: Visual Merchandising.
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Support the Store Director with recruiting, training, and associate development.
• Partner with the Store Director and management team to foster a collaborative working environment.
• Keep the team on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into a variety of sales-floor roles as needed.
• Provide immediate feedback and coaching to maximize team performance.
