Associate Manager, New Verticals - Top Shopper Strategy & Operations

• Define the Shopper strategy and manage grocery, convenience, alcohol, and retail orders
• Analyze large sets of data to inform strategic initiatives, product features, and operational processes
• Improve the shopper experience to impact consumer behaviors, average order volume, and operational costs
• Lead cross-functional work streams to develop an operating playbook and establish processes and guidelines for the Top Shopper program
• Ideate new features and products to advance the Shop & Deliver strategy
• Build strategic initiatives that impact the Dasher/Shopper fleet at scale
• Help develop the strategy for bringing groceries to consumers with perfect quality
• Create quarterly and annual plans to push the business forward and align with product capabilities
• Advocate internally for solutions to enhance the user experience
• Utilize SQL and data analysis to drive business decision-making
• Solve problems innovatively and resist "this is how it's always been done" thinking
• Operate at both high and low levels of detail, thinking long-term and inspiring a team
• Build complex SQL queries and utilize data visualization and dashboarding tools
• Have 4+ years of experience and lead teams to achieve audacious goals.
