Associate Manager, Fulfillment Strategy & Operations - Non Restaurant Quality, Drive

The job overview for this role is to optimize quality for DoorDash Drive's largest retail partners. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic plans to improve quality and drive growth in the Drive Non-Restaurant business. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and execute operational plans to ensure successful product launches and scalable growth. • Developing and executing a quality improvement strategy for the Drive Non-Restaurant business
• Defining north star quality metrics for each line of business and key strategic merchants
• Tracking progress against quality improvement goals through internal reporting
• Sizing, scoping, and prioritizing product and analytics asks for quality strategy
• Conducting operational tests to identify levers for improving quality
• Analyzing quality issues and collecting feedback from merchants to address root causes
• Supporting launch readiness for new features or services
• Collaborating with product to develop a roadmap for growth opportunities
• Creating dasher education materials and training materials for new launches
• Establishing boots-on-the-ground operations for successful new launches
• Collecting feedback on new app features or fulfillment services and sharing key takeaways with product and engineering
• Scaling volume and ensuring best-in-class quality to grow the business
• Leading high visibility projects and addressing unique and challenging questions
• Utilizing data to solve problems and working with complex datasets

• Comfortable with building and running analytical exercises to analyze business performance
