About The Position

The Associate Manager, Franchise Business provides program management support for Dungeons & Dragons franchise growth, licensing, and partner initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, coordinating work across franchise, licensing, business development, and legal teams. It supports partner negotiations, tracks approvals, and keeps programs on schedule so the franchise team can focus on developing new D&D experiences. The position is hybrid and requires three days per week in the Renton, Washington office.

Requirements

• Experience in program or project management, ideally supporting business development, licensing, or strategic partnership functions.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience consolidating stakeholder feedback and driving alignment.
• Comfort working with data and reporting to track program performance and surface insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple concurrent franchise growth and licensing programs and ensure execution on time against key milestones.
• Build and maintain systems that report program status, risks, dependencies, and progress to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Drive consistency in brand execution and compliance across partners.
• Manage the flow of partner deliverables for publishing and content operations, including leading asset reviews, consolidating feedback, and tracking approvals to ensure content and promotional materials ship on time and on-brand.
• Provide data-driven reporting and insights to support business growth decisions and performance tracking.
