About The Position

The Associate Manager, Franchise Business provides program management support for Dungeons & Dragons franchise growth, licensing, and partner initiatives. The role coordinates cross-functional work across franchise, licensing, business development, and legal teams, supporting partner negotiations, tracking approvals, and keeping programs on schedule. It is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the Renton, Washington office.

Requirements

• Experience in program or project management, ideally supporting business development, licensing, or strategic partnership functions.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience consolidating stakeholder feedback and driving alignment.
• Comfort working with data and reporting to track program performance and surface insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple concurrent franchise growth and licensing programs and ensure on-time execution against key milestones.
• Build and maintain systems that surface program status, risks, dependencies, and progress for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Drive consistency in brand execution and compliance across partners.
• Manage partner deliverables for publishing and content operations, including leading asset reviews, consolidating feedback, and tracking approvals so content and promotional materials ship on time and on-brand.
• Provide data-driven reporting and insights to support business growth decisions and performance tracking.
