Associate, Employment Litigation
About The Position
Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate for its Tampa office. The associate will work on employment and labor litigation, including discovery, pleadings, motions, and depositions. Remote working flexibilities are available. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Florida. Candidate materials may be submitted online or directly to Recruiting Manager Nicholas Golden. Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Significant experience in labor and employment law.
- Admission to practice in Florida.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
