About The Position

Own product strategy and execution for a meaningful area of the core UpToDate experience, with a focus on improving registration, login, access, identity, and entitlement experiences and advancing web and mobile products. Manage customer, accessibility, operational, and roadmap priorities while shaping the evolution of the core UpToDate experience. This is a senior individual-contributor role working across user experience, technical systems, enterprise customer needs, and product strategy. The role partners with engineering, UX, architecture, security, analytics, customer-facing, commercial, implementation, and product leadership teams to define priorities, make tradeoffs, and deliver measurable improvements for users and customers. The successful candidate develops a deep understanding of how clinicians, care teams, administrators, and enterprise customers access and use UpToDate. They translate complex user, customer, technical, and business needs into product requirements, decision frameworks, roadmap priorities, and success metrics; use research, analytics, stakeholder input, experimentation, and post-launch feedback to inform decisions; and communicate priorities, rationale, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs clearly. Success means users can access UpToDate with minimal friction; web and mobile experiences become more usable, accessible, reliable, and aligned with customer needs; teams have a clearer roadmap for access, account experience, product quality, and platform consistency; and cross-functional teams share clear priorities, decision rationale, metrics, and understanding of tradeoffs.
