Core Technology Intern

MACOM•Newport Beach, CA

About The Position

The Core Technology Intern will support External Foundry Operations and Manufacturing Engineering activities, working closely with Foundry Engineering to monitor wafer fabrication, analyze process control data, track engineering lots, and support qualification and production programs across multiple semiconductor foundries. The internship provides hands-on exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, process monitoring, yield analysis, data management, new product introductions, and foundry qualification. During the 12-week summer internship, the intern will complete an individual project with defined outcome goals, receive training and ongoing supervision, participate in an intern webinar series and networking events, and present project successes and pitfalls at a poster session. The intern will also receive formal written feedback.
