About The Position

The Associate Director, Portfolio Integration & Communications will strengthen coordination, visibility and knowledge-sharing across Gilead’s growing HIV Treatment portfolio. The role leads integrated portfolio and field communications and develops mechanisms that help teams stay connected around priorities, milestones, insights and emerging needs. It connects Portfolio Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales Leadership, Commercial Learning and Development, Franchise Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs and other partners, bringing a portfolio-first perspective while preserving clear brand and functional ownership. The successful candidate is a collaborative, agile marketer who can connect priorities across teams, synthesize complex information into clear implications and recommendations, and influence effectively across a highly matrixed organization. The role supports a more coordinated, portfolio-minded approach by improving visibility across activities, identifying intersections, reducing unnecessary duplication and strengthening information flow between teams. The role also includes people-leader accountabilities: creating inclusion, developing talent through feedback and coaching, and empowering teams by aligning goals and removing barriers.
