About The Position

The Associate Director, Marketing will own the pre-launch brand foundation for cemsidomide in multiple myeloma, including market definition, positioning, and early launch planning. This hands-on role translates clinical data into a clear strategic story and partners closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Corporate Communications. The role leads messaging development and testing, selects and manages C4T’s first marketing agency of record, and plans physician advisory boards to gather customer insights. It also tracks the multiple myeloma competitive landscape, leads congress coverage and competitive readouts, and owns corporate and disease-awareness booth presence at major hematology and oncology congresses.
