Associate Director, Marketing

C4 Therapeutics•Watertown, MA

About The Position

Responsibilities include ensuring materials and booth content are appropriately reviewed and approved, and managing vendors, budgets, timelines, logistics, and deliverable quality.

  • Ability to read and communicate clinical trial data accurately and confidently.

  • Guide marketing materials through Medical/Legal/Regulatory review, applying pre-approval compliance requirements.
  • Lead the search for C4T’s first marketing agency of record by defining requirements, developing the RFP, running pitches, and recommending a partner.
  • Onboard and manage the selected agency, including briefing it on the disease area, science, and compliance expectations; establishing ways of working, review cadence, and scopes of work; and managing budgets, timelines, and deliverable quality.
  • Plan and run advisory boards with KOLs and community physicians in partnership with Medical Affairs; set objectives, design discussion guides, select participants, and coordinate vendor logistics.
  • Synthesize advisory-board findings into recommendations and share them with cross-functional and senior leadership.
  • Track the multiple myeloma landscape, including next-generation IKZF1/3 degraders, BCMA- and GPRC5D-directed bispecifics, CAR-T, and anti-CD38 regimens.
  • Lead congress coverage and competitive readouts at key meetings; provide regular competitive intelligence updates and assess implications for cemsidomide’s development and messaging.
  • Own C4T’s corporate and disease-awareness booth presence at major hematology and oncology congresses, including concept, design, content, logistics, staffing, budget, and post-congress performance reviews.
  • Coordinate booth development with the agency of record, Medical Affairs, and exhibit vendors, ensuring content is non-promotional and approved.
