The Associate Director, Global Marketing Planning & Activation is responsible for translating this ambition into clear, structured, and executable global and regional marketing plans—and ensuring those plans are effectively activated across all channels. This role leads the global marketing planning and activation function, overseeing regional marketing teams, Training & Custom Integration GTM, and activation support of partnerships, collaborations, and events. It ensures that all marketing initiatives are prioritized, coordinated, and delivered across both consumer and customer audiences, while aligning cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality activation globally.
