Associate Director, B2B Email Marketing

The Associate Director of B2B Email Marketing at Viator will be a key leader within the B2B marketing organization, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive email marketing strategies. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will lead a high-performing email marketing team and collaborate closely with product marketing and growth marketing. The Associate Director will own Viator's B2B Email Strategy and OKRs, manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, conduct A/B testing and data analysis, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership. Additionally, they will lead and inspire a team of email marketing specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including planning, segmentation, content creation, testing, deployment, and performance analysis
• Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to continually optimize email campaign performance
• Monitor key marketing metrics and provide regular reports and actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with martech, data engineering, and analytics teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the email marketing stack
• Lead and inspire a team of email marketing specialists. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to develop their skills and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• 6+ years experience in B2B email marketing / CRM, with at least 3 years in people management
• Demonstrated capacity to craft holistic customer lifecycle programs that drive growth, adoption, engagement and retention
• Proven success managing the implementation
