West Coast Dental is seeking an Associate Dentist to join their team in Southern California. The practice offers a large, diverse patient base, general, specialty, and orthodontic services, and a digital state-of-the-art practice management system. The organization has been serving Southern California for over 30 years and includes over 45 dental offices across greater Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, and Northern San Diego.

Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree
• Active California State Dental Board license
• Active Malpractice Insurance
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience
• Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another
• Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients regarding their dental treatment
