About The Position
BluePeak Dental, Loving Dentistry, btyDENTAL Bellevue, Bel-Red Dental, and Newport Dental are seeking an Associate Dentist to join their multi-location practice. The role is suited to recent graduates seeking mentorship and experienced clinicians interested in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. The practice emphasizes exceptional patient care, collaboration, clinical excellence, and long-term career growth. Compensation includes a daily guarantee of $650–$900, depending on experience, for the first 90 days, followed by 30% of collections. The position offers mentorship from senior doctors on advanced procedures, career advancement opportunities, access to a large and diverse patient base, and advanced technology including CBCT imaging.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.

Responsibilities

- Learn and grow within a collaborative, supportive dental practice.
- Develop skills in advanced procedures with hands-on mentorship from senior doctors, including surgical and wisdom tooth extractions, implants, root canals, and conscious IV sedation.
