About The Position

Seva Dental Team is seeking an Associate Dentist for an established practice in Middletown, Ohio, between Dayton and Cincinnati. The practice has more than 5,500 active patients, approximately 40 new patients per month, and 15 hygiene days per week, offering the opportunity to join a busy office, grow a schedule and production, and build lasting patient relationships. The owner is preparing for a gradual transition into retirement, creating opportunities for mentorship, continuity of care, long-term stability, and potential future leadership.

The dentist will have access to a modern clinical environment with nine operatories, a bright and spacious office, well-maintained equipment, paperless charts, cloud-based practice software, digital imaging, and in-house and onsite laboratory support for removable and fixed prosthetic cases. The patient base is fee-for-service and PPO, with no capitation or Medicaid.
