Associate Dentist
About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join a growing, multi-location dental practice serving local communities. The role is suited to recent graduates seeking mentorship as well as experienced clinicians looking for a supportive, growth-oriented environment. A strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence is essential. The practice offers mentorship and career advancement opportunities, a large and diverse patient base, and advanced technology, including CBCT imaging. Compensation includes a daily guarantee of $650–$900, depending on experience, for the first 90 days. After 90 days, compensation is 30% of collections. Senior doctors provide hands-on mentorship for advanced procedures, including surgical and wisdom tooth extractions, implants, root canals, and conscious IV sedation. The practice also offers in-house dental benefits, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
