About The Position
Carolinas Dentist is hiring a full-time General Dentist for its well-established Wilmington (The Pointe), North Carolina practice. The practice offers a strong patient flow, updated digital technology, mentorship from experienced partner doctors, and support for professional growth. Partnership and ownership opportunities are available, and there is no non-compete clause. The opportunity includes a $12,000 continuing education stipend, a competitive minimum salary with earning potential, full malpractice coverage, and a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with match. Additional support includes marketing for patient growth and referrals, preferred insurance rates, supplies and lab costs, and guidance from Carolinas Dentist leaders.
Requirements

- DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
