About The Position

Advanced Dental Center is a local, family-based dental group with five established locations in Louisville, Kentucky, and plans for continued growth. The full-time Associate Dentist will see a strong mixture of restorative cases while working three columns, each staffed with an EDDA. The role offers strong assistant support, fast room turns, and discretion to refer or treat cases as the dentist sees fit.

The practice uses a fully digital workflow, with intraoral scanners at every chair, CBCT imaging, digital radiography, and Overjet AI for chairside radiographic review and patient education. The role includes a competitive daily guarantee plus a percentage of collections, paid monthly, along with mentorship from the Clinical Director and a growth path within the expanding group.

Requirements

• Active Kentucky dental license (DDS or DMD).
• Enrollment with Kentucky Medicaid.
• Active DEA registration.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Comfort with operative dentistry, fixed and removable prosthetics, and basic endodontics.
• Warm, patient-first chairside manner.

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in implant placement, orthodontics, or pediatric dentistry is a plus.
