About The Position

Dentalcare is seeking an Associate Dentist to join its NHS and private dental practice in Wiltshire. The position offers a well-maintained patient list in a supportive, progressive environment, with opportunities to provide both NHS and private care. The role includes delivering NHS dental services four days per week, with a target of 3,000–6,000 UDAs and a 50-50 private split. The stated earning potential is £100,000–£200,000 per annum. The practice describes its focus as putting patients first and providing high-quality care. The dentist will be supported by the Practice Manager and Dental Nurses, with induction, training on practice systems, career development, mentoring, and support for CPD. The practice is newly refurbished and equipped with modern technology. Opportunities are available to develop in areas including implants, Invisalign, and facial aesthetics.

Requirements

Be a qualified, GDC-registered dentist.
Be experienced and forward-thinking.
Be committed to providing high levels of patient care.
Be confident educating patients about dental health.
Have a clear, enhanced DBS certificate.
Provide CPD certificates and two clinical references.
Be fully immunised, including Hepatitis B immunisation.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality NHS dental services four days per week.
Provide patient-focused dental care while maintaining CQC standards.
Build and maintain relationships with patients.
Educate patients on how to improve their dental health.
Meet a UDA target of 3,000–6,000 UDAs and work within a 50-50 private split.
