About The Position
Aspen Dental is hiring an Associate Dentist to provide exceptional patient care at an independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded practice. The role offers access to a nationwide network's business and administrative support, training, technology, and professional development resources, so dentists can focus on clinical care. The position is offered full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling. The listed salary is $200,000–$230,000 per year, and the location-specific signing incentive is $15,000. Aspen Dental describes its culture as supportive, collaborative, and innovative. The organization offers continuing education, surgical training, and an opportunity to pursue practice ownership through its Practice Ownership Program. Clinical practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.
Responsibilities
- Work with a patient-centric team while exercising clinical judgment and leadership.
- Provide quality care to patients while adhering to dental practice ethics and professional standards.
- Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
- Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
- Stay current with developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.
