About The Position
PDS Health is hiring an Associate Dentist for ABQ Modern Dental Group. The role offers recent dental graduates and experienced professionals the opportunity to provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care while developing their clinical skills and careers. Associate Dentists receive coaching and mentorship from Owner Dentists and work collaboratively with in-house specialists and integrated healthcare providers. The position provides access to continuing education, advanced technology, and a supportive clinical environment, with a path to practice ownership.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care, prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
- Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
- Expand clinical skills through continuing education opportunities.
- Collaborate with in-house specialists to support patient outcomes.
- Use advanced technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records.
- Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
