CarolinasDentist is seeking a full-time General Dentist for its established Winston-Salem, North Carolina practice. The practice provides comprehensive dental care in a welcoming, technologically advanced environment and emphasizes quality patient care, strong patient relationships, and a collaborative team culture. The dentist will join a skilled clinical staff and receive mentorship and support from experienced partner doctors, along with tools for professional growth. The opportunity includes a competitive minimum salary with earning potential, a $12,000 continuing education stipend, cutting-edge technology, an established patient flow, and potential partnership and ownership opportunities. The practice does not have a non-compete clause and provides full malpractice coverage, marketing support, preferred rates for insurance, supplies, and lab costs, and support from other CarolinasDentist leaders.
