About The Position

North Lakewood Dental, part of Blue Sea Dental, is seeking a confident, motivated Dentist who wants to take initiative, lead and develop a team, and contribute to the long-term success of the practice. The role provides comprehensive, high-quality dental care while building lasting patient relationships and helping improve patient care, clinical operations, patient experience, treatment acceptance, and practice performance.

The Associate Dentist will help foster a collaborative, accountable team environment and a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement. Blue Sea Dental supports its doctors with mentorship and collaboration, continuing education, leadership opportunities, operational support, and the opportunity to grow professionally within a locally owned dental group.

Requirements

• Active Florida Dental License in good standing.
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to exceptional patient care.
• Confident, driven, self-motivated professional who takes initiative.
• Natural leadership abilities and interest in mentoring and developing a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to inspire, motivate, and hold others accountable.
• Growth mindset and genuine interest in helping build a successful practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care and build lasting relationships with patients.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient care, clinical operations, and practice performance.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment.
• Mentor, develop, and support team members.
• Partner with the practice team to strengthen patient experience, treatment acceptance, and overall practice growth.
• Help establish a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Take an active role in the long-term success and development of the practice.
