About The Position

West Coast Dental is hiring an Associate Dentist to provide general dental care in its Southern California offices. The organization offers a diverse patient base across private, PPO, Medi-Cal, and HMO payor types, along with general, specialty, and orthodontic services. Doctors are supported by clinical and administrative teams, modern offices and equipment, regulatory and facility compliance support, and a steady flow of patients. Compensation includes a guaranteed base plus percentage production. The position may be full-time or part-time.

West Coast Dental has served Southern California for more than 30 years and operates more than 45 offices across greater Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, and Northern San Diego. Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Active California State Dental Board license.
• Active malpractice insurance.
• DEA registration, CPR, and NPI are required.
• Passion for providing excellent care.
• Willingness to work full-time or part-time.
• Excellent and cheerful chairside demeanor.
• Desire to contribute to a team focused on patient experience and helping others.
• Commitment to excellence and productivity in service to patients.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and promote an optimal patient experience through effective interaction with patients.
• Collaborate with the office team to foster trust, connection, and strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Understand PPO, HMO, and other dental plans to help optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively address patient concerns and provide insight and reassurance regarding dental treatment.
