Associate Dentist
About The Position
The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care and play a key role in growing a new practice focused on expanding access to comprehensive dentistry. The role suits a clinician comfortable with advanced treatment, building long-term patient relationships, and contributing to the development of the practice and its patient base. Patient flow is expected to increase over time as the practice invests in patient acquisition. Compensation is 25% of collections with no earnings cap, plus an $800 daily guarantee during the first 90 days while patient volume develops. The schedule is full-time, with 11-hour shifts, evening availability until 7:00 PM, and some weekend availability.
Requirements
- Experience as an Associate Dentist.
- Confidence managing a wide range of dental procedures, including advanced clinical treatment.
- Enjoyment of comprehensive dentistry and challenging clinical work.
- Motivation to grow a practice and build a loyal patient base.
- Availability for 11-hour shifts, evening hours until 7:00 PM, and some weekends.

- Provide molar root canal therapy.
- Perform single-tooth and surgical extractions.
