About The Position

Our Best Life Companies is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join its growing team at Monterey Park Dental. The role is scheduled for every Wednesday of the month. The Associate Dentist diagnoses, treats, and manages patients’ overall oral health while providing general and surgical dental services. Compensation is $700–$800 per diem, depending on experience, with a bonus package. Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited dental school.
Active CPR certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Commitment to compliance with all office, state, and ADA regulations and protocols.

Responsibilities

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care.
Diagnose and treat cavities, cracked, fractured, and decayed teeth.
Perform restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and related treatments.
Conduct root canals, extractions, and other oral surgical procedures.
Administer local anesthesia and sedation as appropriate.
Prescribe antibiotics, pain management, and other necessary medications.
Evaluate patients through clinical examinations and diagnostic imaging.
Interpret X-rays and other diagnostic tests.
Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
Create models for dental appliances as needed.
Provide patient education, including treatment explanations and aftercare instructions.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
Deliver general dentistry services and comprehensive oral care.
Comply with office, state, and ADA regulations and protocols.
